And this was the year 2022…

Through January I have been meeting with local business groups to inform both employers and employees about the many programs the Ontario Government is extending to help small businesses meet the challenges of the pandemic. The Province is providing the following: Business Costs Rebate Program, Cash Flow Program, Electricity Rate Relief Program, and Small Business Relief Grant. In February I was pleased to host another Community Volunteer Roundtable Discussion with local charities, community associations and volunteer groups. Over the past few years we have held three roundtable discussions – this was the fourth. More than two dozen organizations have participated at the roundtables. Our discussion reports are sent out to more than 70 contacts representing over 50 volunteer organizations in our community. Volunteers are the glue of our community and I am pleased to be supporting our local volunteer efforts. MORE: MPP REPORT FOR FEBRUARY
